About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced General Landscaper to join our team providing year-round property maintenance services at residential and commercial properties throughout London, ON.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable with the changing demands of both landscaping and snow removal.

This position offers steady, year-round employment for someone looking to build their skills and become an important part of a professional property maintenance team.

Responsibilities

Lawn Maintenance

- Work Monday-Friday shifts typically starting at 8:00am with occasional weekends/holidays as needed
- Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and general lawn maintenance
- Garden and flower bed maintenance
- Weeding, planting, pruning, and seasonal cleanups
- Mulching and soil preparation
- Loading, unloading, cleaning and maintaining landscaping equipment
- Operating basic landscaping tools and equipment safely
- Keeping job sites clean, organized, and presentable
- Following instructions and completing work to a high standard
- Performing other landscaping and property maintenance duties as required

Snow Removal
- Work extended, overnight, or irregular shifts when required
- Snow removal services via tractor, plow truck, snowblower and/or hand shoveling
- Clearing and salting parking lots, walkways, entrances and other designated areas
- Replenishing salt bins at specified locations
- Monitor and maintain assigned properties throughout snow events
- Operate snow removal equipment safely and responsibly




- Respond to changing weather and site conditions as needed

Qualifications

- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Experience in landscaping, property maintenance, or a related field
- Detail-oriented and committed to quality workmanship
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
- Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays when required
- Able to remain calm and productive in changing weather and working conditions

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years landscaping or property maintenance experience
- Reliably commute to and from our workshop location, which is not accessible by public transit
- Clean driving and criminal record
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Valid driver's license is an asset
- Experience operating tractors, plow trucks, snowblowers, or other snow removal equipment is an asset
- Experience with scheduling and routing software (Nektyd, Jobber, etc.) is an asset

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 44.0 per week
