Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations,



ensuring that every detail—from the service to the ambiance—reflects the unique blend of class and comfort that defines Original Joe's
- Inspire and guide a team of talented individuals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and genuine hospitality.
- Support the implementation of the wine program, ensuring your team is knowledgeable and confident in making recommendations that enhance the guest experience.
- Monitor financials, manage inventory, and set operational goals that drive profitability and growth.
- Engage with guests, building relationships with both regulars and newcomers, ensuring that every visit is memorable.
- Innovate and elevate our offerings, whether through new service concepts or initiatives that keep our guests coming back for more.

Qualifications:

- 2-3+ years of proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
- Strong understanding of how to enhance the dining experience through excellent service and attention to detail.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L; statements.
- Passion for guest engagement and the ability to create memorable experiences.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.
