As a Lift Operations Supervisor, you oversee the execution of the Lift Operations team. You are a key and important member of the Mountain Operations team, ensuring a safe and exceptional experience for all Lift Operation crew members and mountain guests. Coaching and overseeing lift operations staff Assist in conducting lift operations meetings for every shift and arranging for staff breaks Assisting with pre-operational checks & closing procedures and conducting daily lift inspections Coaching and motivating staff to maintain a high standard of customer service Training staff on all operating and safety procedures of a fixed grip chairlift This position provides direct supervision to the Lift Operator team.

Knowledge of Grouse Mountain Resort policies and procedures Lift Operations Supervisors perform most of their duties outdoors and may work in all different kinds of weather conditions. A variety of work schedules may include a variety of start times, including shifts on weekends and statutory holidays. Shifts require standing for long periods of time, lifting, twisting, and other forms of manual tasks.
