We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Granite Templater to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately creating templates for granite and other stone surfaces, ensuring accurate measurements and cuts that meet project specifications. Your expertise will directly contribute to the seamless installation of high-quality countertops, vanities, and custom stone features.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine templating requirements.
- Create accurate templates on-site by measuring surfaces and transferring dimensions onto template materials.
- Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and other construction professionals to ensure templates align with overall project plans.
- Prepare templates for fabrication by ensuring all measurements are precise and clearly marked for the fabrication team.




- Assist in the installation process by verifying template accuracy during the fitting phase.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

- Proven experience working with hand tools, construction materials, or in a related trade such as carpentry or restoration.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent measurement skills; experience in templating or stone fabrication is a plus.
