We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team as a QA specialist for Guidewire applications. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality, performance, and reliability of Guidewire applications used in the insurance domain.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in QA with a focus on Guidewire applications.
- Strong experience with PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
- Proficiency in Selenium for test automation.
- Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Java, Selenium, and Postman for defect tracking and test execution.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of Guidewire configurations, workflows, and rating engines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Analyze business and functional requirements to design comprehensive test plans and cases.
- Execute manual and automation testing for Guidewire modules and integrations.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners in an Agile environment.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
