Duties

- Perform a variety of hair services including cuts, color treatments, styling, blowouts, and special occasion looks with precision and flair
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences, offer professional recommendations, and ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all workstations and tools to ensure client safety and hygiene
- Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and hair care treatments to enhance client results and boost sales
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients warmly,



and handling payments efficiently
- Communicate clearly with clients about hair care routines, product usage, and aftercare instructions for optimal results
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and salon offerings to continually elevate your craft

Requirements

- Proven experience in professional hair styling
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients of all backgrounds
- Strong communication skills to effectively discuss styles, treatments, and product recommendations
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon environment
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while focusing on client needs
- Previous experience working at a front desk or handling retail sales is a plus
- Valid cosmetology or hairstyling license as required by local regulations
