· Be a Canadian citizen

Job Overview:





We are in search of a reliable Handyman who can proficiently carry out different remodeling and maintenance tasks on our properties. Your remodeling duties will involve tasks such as painting, plaster, windows, and hanging drywall. Maintenance responsibilities include solving basic plumbing and electrical issues, as well as ensuring that the interior and exterior structural components, such as siding and sidewalks, are safe and in good condition.

You should possess the ability to lift at least 50 lbs and be proficient in handling hand and power tools. Prior experience as an electrician or carpenter would be an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Update drywall and paint as needed
- Help with tile or flooring installation
- Assist with trim carpentry or exterior siding

- Respond to Emergencies
- Perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance

- Scheduled maintenance checks
- Alert management and tenants to scheduled maintenance or remodeling
- Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities: · Previous Handyman experience

· Must be able to lift 50lbs plus on a regular basis

· Must be able to communicate in English

· Reliable

· Legally allowed to work in Canada

· Must live in the Ottawa/Gatineau region

Working Conditions:

This role requires work onsite at an Office in Ottawa, Ontario. This position generally works Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm Eastern time.
