We looking for skilled leaders with a great attitude to come onboard and supervise our temporary Halloween store in our Halifax location! We are looking for a Retail Supervisor with at least 2 years experience. Applicants who are interested in staying onboard with us after the Halloween season will move on to our holiday division with Glow Gardens, which is an entirely different experience where we host the largest extended indoor holiday lights and family event Halifax has ever seen.
Job Responsibilities
- guide and supervise store team members
- ensuring that customers receive prompt service and quality communication
- answer the store phone and provide information
- respond and resolve customer complaints or comments
- ensuring that goods and services are correctly priced and displayed
- ensuring safety and security procedures are enforced.
- instructing staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales procedures
Who are YOU? · You love a retail environment and you enjoy working with people of all ages. You have retail experience
· You are honest and positive
· You love sales and provide fantastic customer service
· You are goal driven and highly organised
· You’re hands-on and hard-working
· You’re able to lift at least 30lbs
· You have experience balancing cash, credit card and debit reports and have used POS software
· You can always see work to be done during downtime
Job Types: Full time, Part time, Seasonal
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
