You will the go-to partner for managers on talent acquisition and employee issues, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace. Regular store visits will allow you to assess and support staff development while implementing training programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
- Lead and coordinate recruitment across all stores
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs
- Conduct performance evaluations for store managers
- Monitor employee retention and talent development efforts
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in HR or people management
- Solid interpersonal skills for managing staff concerns
- Experience with recruitment and hiring processes
- Communication proficiency in documentation
- Clean Ontario driver's license and driving capability
