Communicate project expectations effectively and in a timely manner to team members and stakeholders in a transparent and concise manner. Facilitate the definition of project objectives, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or contribute to resolving conflicts within projects, across projects, or between functions; Manage project budgets and financial aspects. Present oral and written reports on plans, issues, and solutions to appropriate levels of management.

Understand the relationship between projects and the company’s strategic objectives, and maximize value-added activities. Excellent understanding of aircraft design, integration, and manufacturing technologies. Ability to coordinate cross-functional and cross-company activities (engineering, operations, finance, customer service, etc.). Good knowledge of contractual terms, conditions, and subcontract management.

Excellent communication skills, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities at all levels. Resilient, results-driven, and action-oriented individual with a strong commitment to delivering projects successfully. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, combined with more than 5 years of relevant experience.

PMP certification is considered an asset; Proficiency in both French and English is essential.
