Job Overview We are currently hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for an industrial/mining environment in Rocanville, Saskatchewan. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled operators looking for stable, full-time work with a strong possibility of transitioning into a permanent position. The successful candidates will be responsible for safely operating heavy equipment, supporting site operations, and following all company safety procedures and site requirements.
Responsibilities Safely operate heavy equipment as assigned Perform daily equipment inspections and report any defects or maintenance concerns Load, move, stockpile, and handle materials as required Follow site procedures, safety policies, and instructions from supervisors Maintain a clean and protected work area Work safely around other heavy equipment, vehicles,
and personnel Complete required documentation and equipment checklists Assist with general site duties when required Follow all applicable occupational health and safety regulations Requirements Previous experience of atleast 2-3 years operating heavy equipment in an industrial, mining, construction, aggregate, or similar workplace Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment Valid Class 5 driver's licence or equivalent, where required WHMIS 2015 Additional site-specific safety orientations and training may be required Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment Ability to work extended 12-hour shifts Reliable transportation to and from the worksite Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test, if required What We Offer $37.00 per hour Full-time hours with 12-hour shifts Immediate start Strong possibility of permanent employment Opportunity to gain valuable experience in an industrial/mining environment Ongoing support from the staffing team Important This position requires a strong commitment to workplace safety.
