We are seeking a skilled consultant to provide expert support for the BlueYonder / JDA Transportation Management System. The successful candidate will have a strong background in application support, particularly with JDA/Blue Yonder TMS, and will work to ensure optimal system performance and availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5 years of relevant Techno-functional support experience.
- Proficiency in BlueYonder / JDA Transportation Management System – Techno Functional.
- Experience with Crystal Reports.
- Strong skills in PL/SQL.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with Power BI.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices, application maintenance, patching, and vulnerability management.
- Experience with Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server databases.




- Familiarity with ServiceNow monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and client engagement skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for JDA/Blue Yonder TMS applications to ensure high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, monitor system health, and maintain SLA compliance.
- Manage incidents using ITIL-based practices, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Design and maintain Crystal Reports and KPI dashboards for operational insights.
- Assist in server patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance checks, working with infrastructure teams to ensure secure and reliable environments.
