Job Title: Functional Analyst

Location: Mississauga, Ontario

Duration: 06-12 Months

As a Functional Analyst, you will play a crucial role in testing native and hybrid mobile applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts, executing manual test cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver top-notch solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4-6 years of experience in testing native and hybrid mobile applications.
- Proven proficiency in reading, writing, testing, and automating test cases.
- Experience with tools such as Appium, Selenium, Espresso, or XCUITest.
- Ability to execute manual test cases to validate recent features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Experience with test and defect management tools such as JIRA, Xray, Zephyr, or qTest.
- Ability to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins,



GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with TCS BaNCS and Rest API.
- Automation experience with TestComplete.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Android and iOS.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, localization, and performance testing on mobile applications.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Provide detailed test reports, metrics, and actionable feedback to stakeholders.
