We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper/Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace across our facilities. Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct routine commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal to uphold cleanliness standards
- Maintain facilities by inspecting for repairs needed and reporting issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, or structural components
- Ensure restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies and sanitized regularly to promote hygiene and safety
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning and maintenance activities to prevent accidents or injuries




- Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces or meeting rooms as needed
- Keep detailed records of cleaning schedules, maintenance requests, and supply inventories

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within commercial or institutional settings
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures
- Ability to perform basic facilities maintenance tasks or assist maintenance staff when required
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout shifts
- Effective communication skills to report issues clearly and follow instructions precisely
- Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
