Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure top cleanliness standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting.
- Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to promote a safe environment for yourself and others.
- Report maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate departments for prompt resolution.




- Adhere to health and hygiene standards by properly handling cleaning chemicals and using personal protective equipment.
- Assist with industrial or custodial cleaning tasks as needed to support overall facility upkeep.

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles, preferably within hospitality or hotel environments.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in quick-paced settings.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality cleanliness standards.
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus.
