Become a Housing Attendant at Pursuit and ensure a welcoming space for staff living quarters. Your efforts in cleaning and maintenance will enhance team member experiences. As part of Pursuit’s team, your responsibilities as a Housing Attendant will include maintaining cleanliness and conducting inspections.

You will report to the Housing Manager and handle various tasks to ensure all living areas are well-kept and inviting. A proactive and organized approach will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute thorough room inspections following move-outs
- Address basic maintenance and repair needs
- Conduct extensive cleaning tasks including painting
- Handle snow removal and manage lawn care
- Support the Housing Manager with ongoing improvement projects

Requirements:

- At least one year of relevant experience preferred
- Must hold a valid Alberta driver’s license
- Solid communication skills in English required
- Attention to detail and interpersonal abilities necessary
- Must work well independently with minimal oversight
