Become a pivotal HSE Specialist with IPEX at our Clarkson Distribution Center. Drive health, safety, and setting initiatives while ensuring compliance across multiple sites. In this role, you will support HSE management systems across various locations, contributing to strategy development and employee training.
Engage in safety observation, risk management, and culture enhancement while coordinating audits and compliance efforts. This role includes some travel, with all expenses covered by IPEX. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement HSE programs tailored to local requirements
- Promote HSE activities at multiple sites
- Collaborate on developing procedures and initiatives
- Conduct gap analyses and create corrective action plans
- Ensure compliance audits are completed on schedule
Requirements:
- Degree in Health, Safety & Environment or related field
- 5-7 years experience in HSE roles
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards
- Bilingual in English and French
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
