About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Specialist to join our People and Culture team. This internship is perfect for someone with a strong interest in candidate interviews, evaluation, maintaining and creating pipelines for end-to-end recruitment processes. As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for screening and qualifying candidates, conducting interviews, and assessing their alignment with the organization’s needs and values.

This position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, with opportunities to collaborate with senior management and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline. While demanding, it provides a rewarding experience that will deepen your expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment operations. This is an exciting opportunity for Master’s level students or recent graduates to develop practical skills in recruitment, candidate engagement, and strategic hiring within a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.





Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by networking and leveraging recruitment tools. Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience. Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance candidate sourcing and evaluation.

Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s program in Human Resources Management or a related field. Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices. Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent presentation and public speaking skills. New graduates are encouraged to apply Previous experience in recruitment, candidate screening, or talent acquisition is an asset.
