We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic maintenance team. Responsibilities

- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units.
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings to accurately diagnose problems.
- Perform plumbing and appliance repairs related to HVAC systems as needed.
- Use welding techniques for system repairs or modifications when required.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs, and system performance logs.




- Assist with construction projects involving HVAC installation or upgrades, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or mechanic with a solid mechanical background.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, welding techniques, boiler operations, and appliance repair.
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately.
- Construction experience is a plus for installation projects.
- Mechanical knowledge across HVAC systems and general maintenance practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $25.00-$53.69 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
