You will lead HR strategies and daily operations, guiding approximately 40 employees while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Your expertise will enhance employee relations and support recruiting efforts as the company grows. Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as primary HR advisor for leadership and managers
- Manage employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
- Oversee employee relations and workplace accommodations
- Coach managers on effective performance management
- Coordinate HR systems and payroll changes Requirements:
- 7-10 years of HR generalist experience
- Solid understanding of BC employment standards
