We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Inclusion Support Worker to join our early childhood team.

The Inclusion Support

Worker will assist in providing individualized support to children with diverse learning needs, ensuring they fully participate in classroom activities. The role involves working closely with educators, families, and other professionals to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities include adapting learning materials, providing one-on-one support, promoting social integration, and supporting children’s emotional well-being. A passion for fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment for all children is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist children with diverse learning needs to engage in activities and routines.
- Provide individualized support to enhance social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Work collaboratively with educators and families to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
- Promote positive behavior and social integration among children.
- Adapt resources and materials to meet specific needs.




- Observe and report on children’s progress to the team.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in early childhood education with inclusion support is essential.
- Knowledge of inclusion strategies and special educational needs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- A compassionate, patient, and flexible approach to working with young children.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal Pay: $18.54-$25.35 per hour
