About the Role U TEAM INTERNATIONAL LTD. is seeking an Independent Sales Representative – Laboratory & Biomedical Equipment to develop customers primarily in Alberta.

This is an independent contractor, commission-only position with no base salary . The role is remote and flexible.

Responsibilities

- Develop new business with laboratories, universities, hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, research facilities, and related organizations in Alberta.
- Promote and sell laboratory and biomedical equipment, including laboratory refrigerators, pharmacy refrigerators, ultra-low temperature freezers, and selected laboratory products.
- Identify customer needs and introduce suitable products and solutions.
- Follow up on quotations, customer inquiries, and sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with U TEAM INTERNATIONAL LTD. on pricing, product information, quotations, and order processing.

Qualifications

- Experience in B2B sales, medical sales, laboratory equipment sales, pharmaceutical sales, dental sales, scientific sales,



or a related field is preferred.
- Existing relationships with laboratories, healthcare organizations, universities, pharmacies, or research customers are an asset.
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage customer opportunities.
- Professional working proficiency in English.

Compensation This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity. There is no base salary or guaranteed income.

Commission terms will vary depending on the product category and will be confirmed before a formal quotation is submitted to the customer.

There are no joining fees, product purchase requirements, or investment requirements for the representative.

Territory The primary market for this position is Alberta . Representatives may also pursue opportunities outside Alberta subject to account registration and coordination with U TEAM INTERNATIONAL LTD.
