Job Overview We are currently hiring experienced Industrial Millwrights for an industrial/mining environment in Rocanville, Saskatchewan. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Millwright looking for full time work with a strong possibility of transitioning into a permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing industrial machinery and mechanical equipment while following strict workplace safety procedures.

Responsibilities Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and material-handling equipment Diagnose mechanical problems and determine appropriate repairs Read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications Perform alignment, levelling, rigging, and equipment installation as required Dismantle, repair, replace, and reassemble mechanical components Conduct regular equipment inspections and identify potential maintenance issues Use hand tools, power tools, precision measuring equipment, and other maintenance equipment Assist with equipment shutdowns, overhauls,



and planned maintenance activities Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete required documentation Follow lockout/tagout procedures and all site-specific safety requirements Work safely around heavy equipment, moving machinery, and other site personnel Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements Journeyperson Industrial Millwright certification (Red Seal) is strongly preferred Previous experience as an Industrial Millwright in a mining, industrial, manufacturing, processing, or heavy industrial environment Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and equipment manuals Experience with pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, motors, hydraulic systems, and other industrial equipment WHMIS 2015 Additional site-specific safety orientations and training may be required Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices Ability to work 12-hour shifts and extended hours as required Reliable transportation to and from the worksite Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test, if required What We Offer $45.00 per hour Full-time work with 12-hour shifts, 5 days per week Immediate start Strong possibility of permanent employment Opportunity to work in a major industrial/mining environment Ongoing support from the staffing team Important Safety is a top priority for this position.
