We are seeking a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role can be based out of any of our Atlantic Canada locations in Pictou or Halifax, NS or Dieppe, NB. The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling orders for house accounts, conducting proactive customer outreach to generate demand, and prospecting for new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of existing customers to encourage repeat business and identify upselling opportunities.
- Engage in prospecting activities and supporting new business development efforts.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and competitive pricing for customers.
- Maintain accurate records of pricing, sales activity, and reporting.
- Work with production/quality control CSR’s (Customer Service Representatives) to manage, track and ensure clear communications of all required sales follow-up.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions,



benchmarking industry standards, and building networks.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on targeted campaigns and promotions.

Experience & Education

- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or equivalent qualified experience.
- 1–2 years of solution selling or business account development experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset.
- Confidence in a consultative sales approach.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and customer needs.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Customer service mindset with a solution-focused attitude.
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Experience in the commercial print or signage industry considered an asset.
