Location: Sunderland, ON

Employment Type: Full-Time (20–40 hours per week)

Wage: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the world of agriculture? We’re on the lookout for a part-time Inside Sales Representative to join our vibrant team at Sunderland Co-operative Inc.! If you have a passion for farming, enjoy helping customers find the right products, and you possess agricultural experience with crops and livestock, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

- Engage with customers in-store and over the phone to assist them with their agricultural needs.
- Showcase our wide range of products, from seeds to tools, and provide expert recommendations.




- Build lasting relationships with our customers by delivering top-notch service and support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and contribute to store promotions.
- Perform assigned tasks to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Assist with loading customer vehicles with purchased products according to load receipts.
- Delivery of orders to customers.
- Proficient with all social media platforms
- Assist with the restocking of merchandise on shelves.
- Assist with warehouse duties.
- Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

- A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- A genuine interest in agriculture and a desire to learn more about our products.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of agriculture is a plus but not required—just a willingness to learn!

The Essentials:

- CAS approved work boots required
- Ability to lift 25kg
