- Review coverage and prepare Reservation of Rights letters
- Evaluate claim losses and develop resolution strategies
- Direct investigations and settlements efficiently
- Assess litigation documents relevant to claims
- Maintain accurate records and report summaries
Requirements:
- 5+ years in casualty liability claims handling
- Active participation or completion of CIP/CRM programs
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with municipal claims advantageous
