Our Alberta client is seeking an Intermediate Trainer for a 12-month contract with a possible 6-month extension in Edmonton, Alberta. Onsite
Must haves:
- 2+ years of experience conducting learning needs analysis, audience and role assessment, work-context analysis, and requirements gathering.
- 2+ years of experience designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end learning solutions, including instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, multimedia, job aids, and performance-support resources.
- 2+ years of experience facilitating instructor-led and virtual training for diverse technical and non-technical audiences using plain language, demonstrations, activities, and learner-engagement techniques.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Edmonton during standard Alberta business hours.
