Join Pomerleau as a Continuous Improvement Coordinator Intern and help improve work methods, inventory management practices, and specialized tools within the Deep Foundations team. You will contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support the performance of teams comprising more than 150 employees across office and field operations.

What you will do

- Analyze and optimize health and safety work methods specific to deep foundation operations.
- Support the improvement of inventory management processes, equipment tracking, and specialized tools.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to increase operational efficiency.




- Collaborate with office and field teams to ensure consistent and effective process execution.
- Contribute to the documentation, standardization, and implementation of new work practices.

This role could be for you if you have
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Interest in continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and a high level of autonomy.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment that combines office work with field operations.
