Join Pomerleau as an Organizational Development & Change Management Intern and gain hands-on experience contributing to impactful HR initiatives that shape the employee experience across the organization.
What you will do
- Actively collaborate with the Organizational Development team and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on key topics such as performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, talent reviews, and internal mobility
- Assist in the creation of change management strategies, communication plans, and learning materials
- Support research, content curation, and organization for new and ongoing projects
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance the employee experience
- Handle administrative tasks related to the OD team’s operations
- Analyze and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare reports and project documentation as needed
This role could be for you if you have
- Bachelor's or Master's student in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Curiosity, sense of organization, and eagerness to contribute to strategic HR initiatives
- Passion about employee development and organizational culture
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment
- Keen interest in learning about change management, talent development, and HR analytics
