Join Pomerleau as a Digital Project Management Intern and contribute to Human Resources digital transformation initiatives. You will support the implementation of technology solutions that impact thousands of employees across the organization.
What you will do :
- Participating in the planning, coordination, and execution of technology implementation projects.
- Collaborating with program and project managers to advance strategic initiatives.
- Maintaining project plans, schedules, milestones, and tracking logs.
- Coordinating project activities and following up on deliverables with various stakeholders.
- Using Jira to monitor project progress and support project governance.
- Contributing to the management of risks, issues, and dependencies while fostering collaboration between business and technical teams.
- Facilitating workshops and meetings,
preparing progress reports, and contributing to the continuous improvement of project management practices.
This role could be for you if you have :
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master’s degree program in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Intelligence or a related field.
- Solid organizational, planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset, self-motivation, sense of responsibility, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- A strong interest in technology, digital transformation, and project management. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, or technology systems is considered an asset.
