Join Pomerleau as a Methods & Temporary Works Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting major construction projects across Canada.

What you will do
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and optimize construction methods and sequences.
- Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and technical documentation.
- Design temporary works including: Formwork and falsework, Hoisting and jacking systems, Excavation and shoring systems, Lifting/rigging devices, Temporary bridges, pile templates, cofferdams, and access systems
- Prepare or work with technicians to prepare models and drawings for M&TW.;
- Prepare engineering calculations and documentation.
- Support construction teams with technical guidance, field reviews, and certificates of conformity.

- Enrollment in an Engineering program.
- Willingness to work in-office and conduct site visits.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn on-site.
