Join Pomerleau as a Operations, Facilities Management & Maintenance Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting major construction projects across Canada.

Renouveau La Fontaine (RLF) is the consortium (Eurovia, Pomerleau, and Dodin) selected by the Quebec Ministry of Transportation for the major rehabilitation of the Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine Tunnel, the longest immersed tunnel in Canada, along with its approaches via Highways 20 and 25.

What you will do

- Participate in the implementation and use of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).




- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment and infrastructure.
- Support the planning and scheduling of maintenance work.
- Conduct technical equipment inspections and assist in troubleshooting and failure analysis.
- Compile and analyze data to track operational performance.
- Assist in the preparation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and weekly reports.

This role could be for you if you have
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Interest in equipment maintenance, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
- Team-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and strong organizational skills.
