Join Pomerleau as a Technical Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting major construction projects across Canada.

What you will do :
- Participate in gathering technical information required to support the development of construction methods.
- Assist in the preparation of site logistics and temporary facilities plans under the guidance of the project team.
- Support the development of construction phasing plans, including temporary works cycles and equipment requirements.
- Conduct technical research to help identify temporary works solutions that meet project needs.
- Contribute to the preparation of simple specifications and technical documentation in collaboration with project coordinators.
- Prepare sketches and preliminary drawings to support designers and engineers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help ensure consistency and accuracy across project documentation.
This role could be for you if you have :
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous hands-on experience through practical projects or an internship in civil engineering is considered an asset, but is not required.
- Strong teamwork skills and an interest in construction methods.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD acquired through coursework or personal experience.
- Familiarity with Revit or Civil 3D is considered an asset.
- Basic understanding of technical English is an advantage.
