Join Pomerleau’s Methods team and contribute to the planning and coordination of major construction projects across Canada.

You will work at the heart of our operations, supporting engineers and site teams to design, optimize, and model the temporary works essential to project delivery.

What you will do

- Contribute to the development of method plans: sequencing, work procedures, lifting plans, and site installation layouts.
- Produce and update temporary works drawings under the supervision of engineers (AutoCAD essential; Revit considered an asset).
- Assist in developing 2D/3D models for formwork, shoring, access systems, templates, platforms, and other temporary structures.
- Support the preparation of technical documents, including work method notes, risk assessments, and technical sheets.
- Perform quantity take-offs and measurements for temporary works solutions.




- Prepare visual documents such as sections, details, technical renderings, and phasing views.
- Conduct site visits to collect measurements, take photos, observe installation activities, and better understand operational needs.
- Work closely with engineers and site teams to improve existing methods and propose practical, innovative workflow solutions.

This role could be for you if you have
- Education in civil engineering, civil engineering technology, technical drafting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (required).
- Knowledge of or interest in Revit (a strong asset).
- Ability to read and interpret structural and infrastructure drawings.
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn in the field.
- Ability to work collaboratively, with hands-on problem-solving skills and growing autonomy.
