JOB SUMMARY

This role is focused on managing and growing an assigned geographical area while maintaining and developing a portfolio of clients. There will be strong support & mentoring by senior business development managers (soft transition) The objective is to build long-term, qualified, and profitable relationships with both existing and new business partners.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute growth strategies, budgets, and client acquisition targets.
- Plan and manage key meetings with existing clients and suppliers.
- Introduce new high-potential products to the market.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure efficient, accurate operations and documentation.




- Oversee profitable transactions and support special projects.
- Stay informed on market trends, trade terms (INCO), and import requirements.
- Use internal tools effectively and report insights to management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Proven success in international sales or purchasing in the Food Industry
- Excellent communication in English - additional language knowledge is an asset.
- Familiarity with trading operations and Assistant-level related roles.
- Demonstrates integrity, maturity, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent multitasking, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to excel in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
