- Oversee queue management for Microsoft DLP alerts
- Support analysts with evidence collection and triage
- Manage URL filtering policies and governance tasks
- Drive operational excellence through review and tuning
- Participate in Change Advisory Board to advocate for security needs
Requirements:
- 5+ years in cybersecurity or incident handling
- Hands-on experience with DLP tools and Palo Alto profiles
- Effective in communication and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with change management in cybersecurity
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
