We are currently seeking a new IT team member, preferably with prior help-desk, network configuration, and risk analysis experience. This position will be available in our Richmond, B.C. Canadian Head Office.

Reporting to the IT Manager, this position will require a high degree of self-direction, critical thinking, and ability to work with time constraints.

Our employees are required to exercise valuable will, judgement and discretion while handling confidential information, and closely observe privacy regulations.

The duties are, but not limited to:

· Review and update IT systems configuration and operations procedures

· Support users with computers hardware and software troubleshooting

· Support Windows Servers operations and security configuration

· Firewalls and VPN management

· Track and manage IT assets and inventory





Ideal candidate will have one year experience, or excellent knowledge in:

· MS Windows Active Directory

· Desktop Central

· FortiGate or SonicWall Firewall routers and VPN

· Dell Server hardware

· Basic 365 administration

This job requires regular meetings with head office team in Hong Kong. Fluency in Cantonese is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
