Key Qualifications

- 4+ years of recent hands-on experience troubleshooting computers, servers, networks, and Microsoft environments
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Azure, Microsoft Remote Desktop, LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, and WiFi technologies
- Experience supporting Windows PCs, Macs, mobile devices, printers, and other business technology
- Strong understanding of endpoint security, antivirus/EDR, MFA, and common Microsoft security controls
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize multiple tickets and customer requests
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to learn new technologies
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle




- Flexibility to participate in after-hours, weekend, and on-call support when required

Responsibilities include:

- Monitor, create, update, and close IT Help Desk tickets
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to CG Technologies customers
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, emails, and user-related issues
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during all customer interactions
- Travel to customer locations throughout the GTA for on-site support when required
- Participate in after-hours, weekend, and on-call support as required

- Documents your work so other technicians can easily understand what was done

- Enjoys working with different customers, technologies, and environments
- Understands that excellent technical support also means providing an excellent customer experience

Access to a vehicle is necessary, as some light travel around the GTA will be required. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
