Canada Maintenance is seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Lead Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for providing high-quality cleaning services.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of a janitorial team.
- Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Train and mentor new team members.
- Inspect work areas regularly to identify and address any issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work workplace.
- Order and manage cleaning supplies.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in janitorial services.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
