- Facilitate a variety of engaging programs and events
- Develop daily activity communications for residents
- Create connections with residents, families, and team members
- Drive the bus for community outings responsibly
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Degree/diploma in Gerontology or related field preferred
- Experience with seniors highly valued
- Valid special class 4 driver's license
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
