Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Electrician specializing in Service and Troubleshooting to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems across various industrial and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure the safety, efficiency, and reliability of electrical operations, supporting our commitment to delivering top-quality service.

Duties

- Residential and light-commercial service calls
- Electrical troubleshooting, diagnosis and repairs
- Panel, breaker, lighting, receptacle and equipment work
- Service upgrades and panel replacements
- Renovations and tenant improvements
- EV charger installations
- Heat-pump and HVAC electrical connections
- Smart-home and lighting installations
- Explaining electrical problems and recommended solutions to customers
- Completing accurate job notes, photos and documentation
- Communicating clearly with customers and the office
- Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work area

Qualifications

- Certified Journeyman Electrician with a valid Red Seal or recognized BC qualification
- Robust service and troubleshooting experience




- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Confidence working directly with homeowners, contractors and commercial clients
- Professional, respectful and clear communication
- Dependable, punctual and organized
- Strong attention to safety and workmanship
- Valid BC driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, job details and documentation
- Own basic hand tools

Pay: $38.00-$50.00 per hour
