Responsibilities

- Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to client needs and offering expert advice.




- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all workstations and tools to ensure a safe setting.
- Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and treatments to enhance client results.
- Communicate clearly with clients about service options, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations.
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing education and training sessions.

Requirements

- Valid Journeyman Hairstylist license or certification as required by local regulations.
- Proven experience in hair styling, coloring, and cutting techniques with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse clients and team members effectively.
- Solid customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a clean salon environment.
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while focusing on client satisfaction.
