- Broadcast industry experience

- Communicate with clients primarily through email to collect account balances
- Reconcile assigned accounts
- Resolve account issues with clients and internal related parties
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts
- Coordinate with Sales, AR, and Billing teams on account matters
