We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Toronto team and support the planning, coordination and delivery of client projects. This is an entry-level chance for someone who is organised, confident working with people and interested in developing practical project management experience.
The Role
You will work alongside managers and team members to help keep projects organised from initial planning through delivery and review.
Your role will involve coordinating day-to-day activities, monitoring progress, communicating updates and helping resolve issues that could affect deadlines or project outcomes.
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Toronto.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with project plans, schedules, priorities and daily activities
- Coordinate tasks between team members and ensure key information is communicated clearly
- Monitor deadlines, deliverables and project progress
- Prepare project documents, updates and internal reports
- Help organise meetings, briefings and project requirements
- Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding progress and next steps
- Identify delays,
changes or operational issues and escalate them when necessary
- Maintain accurate project records and track completed actions
- Support managers with project reviews and performance reporting
What We’re Looking For You do not need an extensive background in project management. We are primarily looking for someone with the right approach to learning and responsibility.

- Confident collaborating with different people
- Comfortable taking initiative and solving everyday problems
- Detail-oriented without losing sight of wider project goals
