This full-time, hybrid position emphasizes interpersonal skills and resource coordination. As a crucial point of contact, you will facilitate access to counseling services, conduct assessments, and support clients with various needs.

Your commitment to a trauma-informed approach will enhance relationships and foster community ties. This position requires maintaining client records and participating in agency initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality service as a first point of contact
- Employ a relational approach to client engagement
- Assess needs and advocate for clients effectively
- Organize appointments to ensure accessibility
- Support staff and interns through training and feedback

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s in social work or related discipline
- Knowledge of mental health settings and crisis response
