As part of the kitchen team, your primary responsibility is to assist in the team in the kitchen to ensure food orders are filled in a timely and efficient manner. You must be able to follow Ajisen’s standardized processes to ensure high food quality and consistency.

Responsibilities:

- Operate an industrial dishwasher
- Clean and maintain kitchen in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Food prep as needed

Requirements

Experience

- No prior experience required, will train.

Skills and Qualifications
- Food handler or equivalent certifications is a plus
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced workplace and be a team player

Physical Demands

- Ability to work long shifts (8, 10 or 12 hours) that include standing, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures (hot and cold)
- Be able to lift items up-to 40 lbs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.60 per hour
