Tokyo Express is a quick-casual Japanese restaurant group with multiple locations across the Edmonton area. We are committed to serving fresh, high-quality Japanese food with fast, friendly service.

We are currently looking for reliable and experienced Crew Members to join our teams in Spruce Grove.

The Role

As a Crew Member, you will be part of a fast-paced restaurant team responsible for preparing quality food, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant.

We are looking for individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble menu items according to Tokyo Express recipes and portion standards
- Take customer orders and operate the POS/cash register accurately
- Provide fast, friendly, and professional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, service area, and dining room
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies throughout the shift
- Assist with receiving, organizing,



and storing inventory deliveries
- Support team members during busy service periods
- Complete assigned opening and closing duties
- Follow all Tokyo Express operational and food quality standards

What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant, quick-service, or fast-food experience preferred
- 1 year of restaurant experience is an asset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to food quality, cleanliness, and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
- Food Handler Certification is an asset or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
