The Opportunity

All Seasons Landscaping Ltd. is looking for experienced full-time and part-time Landscape Gardeners to join our team!

In this hands-on role, you’ll work alongside a landscaping crew to provide landscape maintenance and groundskeeping services for commercial and strata properties throughout the Lower Mainland.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day work may include:

- Mowing, aerating, fertilizing, and maintaining lawns
- Trimming hedges, shrubs, and trees under 15 feet
- General landscaping and grounds maintenance for commercial and strata properties
- Keeping properties clean, tidy, and looking their best
- Snow removal and salting during the winter months
- Other landscaping and maintenance duties as needed

What You’ll Bring We're looking for someone who:

- Has 3–5 years of landscaping or gardening experience
- Has experience with commercial or strata property maintenance (preferred)
- Enjoys working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Is physically capable of performing hands-on work, including walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Has a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to get to job sites




- Is comfortable driving a truck and trailer
- Works well as part of a team and takes pride in doing quality work
