Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Supervisor, where you will lead and oversee the maintenance and enhancement of outdoor spaces to create beautiful, functional, and sustainable landscapes. In this energetic role, you'll coordinate daily operations, supervise a skilled team of landscapers and horticulturists, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. Your leadership will inspire excellence in landscape maintenance, gardening, irrigation, and construction activities, driving the transformation of outdoor environments into vibrant, welcoming spaces.

Duties

- Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities including mowing, pruning, planting, irrigation system installation and repairs, and general garden care.
- Lead a team of landscaping professionals by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Oversee irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting to ensure optimal water management across all sites.
- Manage landscape construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality standards, identify issues early, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand landscape design plans and ensure their successful implementation.




- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress for accountability and reporting purposes.

Skills

- Proven supervising experience in landscape or horticultural environments with strong leadership capabilities.
- Extensive knowledge of gardening practices, horticulture principles, and landscape maintenance techniques.
- Skilled in irrigation systems installation, repair, and troubleshooting to promote healthy plant growth.
- Construction experience related to outdoor projects such as hardscaping or site preparation is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Robust communication skills for effective team leadership and client interactions.
- Familiarity with safety standards related to landscaping equipment and outdoor work environments.
