Duties

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning to keep outdoor areas pristine and inviting
- Operate and maintain power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and hedge cutters with safety and precision
- Use hand tools for planting, digging, aerating, and soil preparation to support healthy plant growth
- Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and seasonal adjustments to ensure efficient water use
- Conduct basic construction activities like installing landscape features or building retaining walls using excavators and other machinery
- Apply horticultural knowledge to select appropriate plants, mulch beds, and manage pest control effectively




- Perform routine equipment inspections and mechanical repairs to ensure all tools and machinery operate smoothly

Requirements

- Prior experience with landscaping or lawn care is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is highly valued
- Familiarity with excavation equipment such as excavators or backhoes is a plus
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening practices, and horticulture principles is advantageous
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and efficiently
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues and performing basic repairs
- Construction experience or background in landscape installation projects is beneficial
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
